Personalized Order Forms

If you provide us with a class/team roster, we will print seller names on the order forms prior to the start of your sale. This accomplishes several things:

Order forms with names tend to get home as students are less likely to discard them. Just getting more forms home will increase sales.
Participants who miss the kick-off are not left out because you have their order form and can get it to them. Ensuring that all potential sellers receive a brochure and order form will increase sales.
Tallying and packaging the orders is better because there is less opportunity for "no name" and misspelled orders.

Internet Sales with Customized Web Page for YOUR Group

We help you take your sale from the neighborhood to the nation with our very own WebUltra™ Internet Sales System. Sellers can visit our on-line system to register, type a personal message and have that personal message automatically forwarded to family and friends. Recipients get an email from someone they know and can click a link to go to YOUR GROUP’S personalized Web Page and see the very same items you are selling locally. They can place and pay for orders on-line and the product and WE will ship their order to their home. But that’s not all. Data from on-line sales is included in our computer reporting to the group that includes the Internet Sales with the local sales. Profit is credited to the group and the seller gets any prize credit from online sales.

Computerized Record Keeping

We have designed and marketed to other fundraisers our internally developed order tally software, WinUltra has become the industry standard program, used by hundreds of distributors nationwide and in Canada.

UCollect Disk

As a new feature, after we tally your order, we can provide you with a disk that contains all the seller names, items sold, and amount to collect. With this disk you can:

Enter the amount collected. It is automatically subtracted from the amount due and the balance is shown.
Enter product returned or additional product ordered. The dollar amounts are calculated automatically and changed on the screen.
Look for sellers in an overall alphabetical listing or alphabetically by team. Find a seller by typing in the last name.
Print reports including:

Complete list - alphabetically or by class/team
Balance due - alphabetically or by class/team

Prepay Option

Our special prepay paperwork indicates who turned in too much or too little and can include "problem notices" which are personalized notes which indicate the amount of the order, how much was turned in and what they should do about it (i.e. pay the balance or collect a refund).

Individually Packed Orders

You will receive class/team boxes with labels indicating which sellers are inside each box. Individual orders are poly-bagged with a copy of the order form inside. Also inside will be either a personalized money collection envelope (when money is collected after delivery) or a packing slip (when money is collected with the order). There is a name label on the package and an indication of the number of packages that seller has.

Every Order Scanned for Accuracy

Another technology, WinScan, which we have developed and brought to the fundraising industry, involves scanning the barcodes on the products to ensure the sellers' orders are packaged perfectly. This system virtually shuts down the phone calls from people claiming to be missing orders or receiving the wrong items.

At the School
With increased pressure on schools to raise test scores, principals must account for "time at task", or time students spend on academics. Teachers appreciate NOT being interrupted during product delivery and distribution. Bus Drivers don't have to take extra time helping students with fundraising orders on and off the bus.
Parents
Don't have to make the trip to school to pick up product and deliver orders.

Home Delivery Options

To the SELLER
Using a slightly modified order form that allows for seller's home address, each seller's entire order, including prize earned, is shipped to his/her home.
To the CUSTOMER
Customers provide a home delivery address and each item ordered is shipped directly to the customer. The School, Secretary, Teacher, Parent, and Student are NOT involved in Customer Home Delivery. For Customer Home Delivery, Seller's prize is labeled and delivery to the school.

We are so confident of our order packaging accuracy, that we put our toll-free number on our collection envelopes or packing slips so your customers can call us directly (instead of you) with questions about their orders.

For all order-taker programs, even though we send you exactly what you order, we will take back any leftover product.
