QDP Corporation - The Company

Quantified Data Products began as a local partnership between two fellow church members over 20 years ago when John Gardner, who had been working for a national fundraising company, teamed up with Max Garwood, an electrical engineer and experience computer programmer, to write a tally program (to organize orders from brochures) they concluded could be superior to the one John's company was using. When John eventually left Princeton Industries, Quantified Data Products was incorporated as QDP Corporation and began offering tally services for fundraisers around the country.

In the fundraising industry, QDP Corporation:

operates as a fund raising distributor in central and northern Indiana through an employee sales force and nationally through independent contractors.
provides tally and prepack services for distributors outside our local selling area using software developed in house and now markets that software to fundraising distributors nationwide. Currently, QDP has customers in 44 states and Canada.
has developed software for use with barcode scanners as part of a order accuracy process for seller-packed fundraising orders for schools. We use this program to give our customers (near) 100% accuracy in order packing.
represents manufacturers to the fund raising industry.
designs customized paper products and forms and specialized fundraising brochures.
has designed and marketed Hotline Connection, a multi-line voice mail system targeted for schools as a tool for increasing communication between school and home.
has implemented a patent-pending process expanding the fundraiser from the neighborhood to the nation, allowing friends and family to view and order online, with profit going to the group and prize credit to the seller.
is a One-Source Partner with Verity Software, specializing in automated data capture solutions.

But, in addition to the fundraising business, QDP

offers consulting and training services for a variety of software including WinUltra Order Tally system, Maximizer contact manager, WordPerfect, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
has provided specialized labor for contract work for local companies, including States Engineering and Little River Controls.

QDP, a charter member of AFRDS (Association of Fund Raising Distributors and Suppliers), is staffed by professionals with experience.

Priority Fund Raising - The Division

We provide fundraising products and services directly to schools through employee reps and independent contractors. We use a variety of brochures that students use to take orders for product.

When all of the orders are returned to the school, our reps pick them up and return them to us. We use our WinUltra program to enter all the names and orders for a computer-generated summary of the sale.

We order the product needed and pack each seller's order for delivery to the school.

Priority Fund Raising is operated as a division of QDP Corporation. Legally, we are QDP Corporation d/b/a Priority Fund Raising.
